• Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery. Items must be new, unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging with all parts, labels, manuals, accessories, and documentation.
• For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-parts items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery when possible with photos so we can start a carrier claim or replacement request quickly. This 48-hour reporting request does not limit your 30-day return window.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our error, an approved defective item claim, or an approved damage claim. There is no restocking fee.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. For full return instructions, please review our return and refund policy.

Shipping options and transit times are confirmed at checkout before payment. Most in-stock orders are reviewed, verified, and prepared within 1-3 business days before shipment. Current U.S. checkout options for eligible orders are:

• Ground Shipping: $0.00, transit time 3-7 business days.
• Freight Shipping: $0.00, transit time 5-14 business days.

Availability depends on the item, destination, carrier, and checkout service level. Ground transit is 3-7 business days after shipment, while freight transit is 5-14 business days after shipment plus appointment scheduling when required. With 1-3 business days of processing, the estimated total delivery time is 4-10 business days for Ground and 6-17 business days for freight.
